Payment Terms - Due by July 23rd
Internet Payment Terms: Complete Payment is required by the end of the 2nd Business Day, in guaranteed funds: wire transfer, traveler's checks, money orders and/or bank certified checks. Credit card payment will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. We gladly accept cash, check, money order or wire transfers (Call 575-485-2508 for Wiring Instructions). If you are planning on a payment type other than the Credit Card on File please respond to your invoice notification with payment plans. If you have not made other arrangements in writing all outstanding charges will be billed to the card used for registration. A 4% Administrative Fee will charged. Any items not paid for by the end of loadout may be charged to the card provided at the time of registration regardless of removal status.

Ring 1 is a webcast, it will end when the last item is sold by the auctioneer. There may be multiple online bidding platforms as well as live in-person bidding at the auction site. The winning bid is given when the auctioneer sells the item not when a bid is placed with a bidding platform.
Audio streams are for entertainment purposes only. Audio is a great way to get an actual view of an item being sold or to experience an auctioneer. When placing a bid, it is best to rely on the Bid button live bidding application for real-time updates. There can be internet lag times.
Ring 2 is online bidding only.
Sale order: Vehicles, trucks, trailers, UTV's, heavy equipment, farm equipment, support equipment and miscellaneous. The final Sale order will be posted on Friday afternoon.

July 20th - Lots will be released once the auction ring as moved to a different area and it is safe to move the items to the release gate. No items will be loaded after dark.
July 21th - July 26th - Removal will be by appointment only. Items are to be picked up at the location listed in the lot description or address listed as loadout on the invoice. All items must be scheduled for picked up by 5:00 pm on Friday after the auction unless prior arrangements have been approved by the main office. J&J Auctioneers will not be responsible for moving the items not picked up by the purchaser or grouping the lots in one location. All lots are located at the auction yard unless noted in the auction description. Lots will be considered abandoned if not picked up within the advertised removal time and may be disposed of by the seller.
Loading and unloading of your items is offered as a courtesy only if time allows. A “paid in full” receipt must be presented for removal. Any items left on-site by the 3rd Wednesday following the sale will be charged a storage fee! STORAGE FEE / GATE FEE: Storage Fee: $25.00 per item / per day. Fee starts accruing on 5th day after sale date, additional After Hours Fees may apply. All removals are by appointment. Please call and verify hours as each location has different hours of operation. Pickups need to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to arrival. Storage Fees must be paid prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
